is a globally recognized brand in the table tennis and pickleball industry, known for delivering high-quality sports equipment and promoting the love of these sports. As we expand our presence in Sydney, Australia, we are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team.Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly capable Operations Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, warehousing, and ERP/WMS system management.
This role will initially be remote, allowing you to oversee and optimize our operations from your home office. As JOOLA establishes an office in Sydney, you will have the opportunity to transition into an office-based role.Key Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence: Oversee and improve the efficiency of JOOLA's operational processes, including warehousing, inventory management, and order fulfillment.

ERP and WMS Management: Manage the company's ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and WMS (Warehouse Management System) platforms, ensuring optimal utilization and data accuracy.

Inventory Control: Implement best practices for inventory control, including cycle counting, demand forecasting, and stock level optimization.

Supply Chain Management: Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective product distribution.

Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing operations team, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and automation, driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain quality control standards to ensure product quality meets JOOLA's high standards.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to warehousing and logistics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, including warehousing and ERP/WMS system management.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
- Proficiency in ERP and WMS systems.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, with a willingness to relocate to Sydney once an office is established.

Pay:
From $80,000.00 per year
