    YOU | As the ideal candidate, you will spearhead new business growth, establishing and maintaining credible, long-term relationships with the community, industry, and referral partners. Your role will focus on facilitating positive customer experiences and outcomes while showcasing professionalism and credibility within the SME banking community.

    Desired qualifications and traits include


    • Demonstrated understanding of the brokerage process and the ability to establish new key referral partners.

    • Insight into the business needs and attitudes of Sydney businesses.

    • Effective networking skills and the ability to maintain professional relationships with various stakeholders.

    • Robust experience in commercial lending.

    • Proven success in business development.
