- Assistwith recruitment by advertising vacancies, screening applications, and arranginginterviews.
- Assist incoordinating our Graduate and Vacationer recruitment and training programs.
- Supportthe onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Coordinating training sessions and maintainingtraining records.
- Monitoring the team inboxand responding to queries from employees and managers.
- Maintainaccurate and up to date data and produce regular and adhoc reporting asrequired.
- A qualificationin HR Management or a related field
- A keen interest in pursuing a career in HR.
- Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailorcommunication to different stakeholders.
- Highlevel of attention to detail.
- Excellentorganisational and timemanagement skills, with the ability to prioritise tasksand manage multiple deadlines.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is highly desirable.
- This role will be based in our Melbourne CBD office withflexible working in line with our hybrid working policy.
