    The opportunity:

    We are seeking a motivated and organised Graduate tojoin our friendly and collaborative People & Culture (P&C) team as aP&C Assistant.

    This is a newly created role where you will provide crucialsupport in various HR functions, including recruitment, learning anddevelopment, onboarding and offboarding, reporting and administrative tasks.

    To be successful in this role, you will have excellentcommunication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to managemultiple tasks efficiently.

    Sometasks you will be responsible for:

    • Assistwith recruitment by advertising vacancies, screening applications, and arranginginterviews.
    • Assist incoordinating our Graduate and Vacationer recruitment and training programs.
    • Supportthe onboarding and offboarding processes.
    • Coordinating training sessions and maintainingtraining records.
    • Monitoring the team inboxand responding to queries from employees and managers.
    • Maintainaccurate and up to date data and produce regular and adhoc reporting asrequired.

    Aboutyou:


    • A qualificationin HR Management or a related field
    • A keen interest in pursuing a career in HR.
    • Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailorcommunication to different stakeholders.
    • Highlevel of attention to detail.
    • Excellentorganisational and timemanagement skills, with the ability to prioritise tasksand manage multiple deadlines.
    • Previous experience in an administrative role is highly desirable.
