About the opportunity
Duties
- Provide Executive Assistance
- Booking of travel and meeting rooms along with arranging catering
- Meet and greet visitors
- Managing Companion requests
- Internal and external mail collection
- Assisting with questions from other staff
- Booking conferences and assisting with event management
- Backup support for other Executive Assistants
- Assisting with sponsorship programs invoicing
- Business Technology requests
- Use of Concur manage expenses/reconciliation
Skills and Experience
- Experienced in an Administration/Executive Assistant role working with senior management/executive level is a must
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent technical skills able to navigate MS outlook, Word and other systems
- Concur experience for travel and expense management is an advantage
- Sharepoint experience would be a bonus
