- Assisting a team of professionals with general administrative tasks including, daily mail (incoming/outgoing), collating and scanning documents
- Client relationship management and building a strong rapport with clients
- Assisting in the preparation and follow up of client documentation, incoming and outgoing
- Assisting with ATO Tax lodgements, portal reports, deferrals and payment arrangements
- Assisting with invoicing and debtor collection
- Diary Management and scheduling of meetings as required
- Ad hoc administrative duties
- Previous administration experience within a professional services environment
- Ability to multi task, prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- A resilient and can-do attitude
- Ability to work autonomously, and as part of a team
- Initiative and pride in your own work
