people2people are working with a well established brand and global household name who are currently seeking a strong administrator to provide support to their service department and after sales support.


about the role
Reporting to the Service Operations Manager, this varied role in a fast paced environment will see you successful for:

  • Driving communication
  • Providing after sales service support for repairs
  • Updating internal systems with order status along with parts and stock allocations
  • Inventory and stock forecasts
  • Liaising with customers, external service providers, along with the sales and spare parts department
  • Ensuring system data is accurate
  • Time sheet and leave approvals for teams
  • Meeting minutes

To be considered for this role you will;

  • Be highly motivated
  • Posses a great attitude
  • Have strong communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships with internal and external departments
  • Computer literate (MS Office Suite essential)
  • Be organised with the ability to meet deadlines

  • Quick learner with ability to absorb new information
