about the role
Reporting to the Service Operations Manager, this varied role in a fast paced environment will see you successful for:
- Driving communication
- Providing after sales service support for repairs
- Updating internal systems with order status along with parts and stock allocations
- Inventory and stock forecasts
- Liaising with customers, external service providers, along with the sales and spare parts department
- Ensuring system data is accurate
- Time sheet and leave approvals for teams
- Meeting minutes

- Be highly motivated

- Have strong communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external departments
- Computer literate (MS Office Suite essential)
- Be organised with the ability to meet deadlines
