About our Opportunity
As one of our Customer Service Administrators, you will be an integral team member supporting the day to day activities of our field sales and office customer service teams.
You will be a part of a professional, close-knit team who strive to provide an exceptional level of customer service to new and existing construction and residential customers.
About You
We're looking for a customer-focussed team player with previous customer service experience who is comfortable talking to and assisting a range of customers over the phone.
You will also be:
- highly organised and able to multi-task and prioritise
- able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- confident using MS Excel and Outlook, and able to quickly gain competency with in-house systems
