Summary:

Join our team as a Service Administrator at Eagle Farm


Principle Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Oversee all administrative tasks for the contract
  • Manage spreadsheets and registers including Free Issue Stock, Buffer Stock, Task Lists, CRP File, Annual Schedule from QGC, Pricing Files, and SCN Register
  • Handle weekly and monthly quoting based on workshop volume, and complete requoting as required
  • Upload job details, task lists, and parts into GoCanvas weekly
  • Coordinate monthly invoicing of contract works for billing release in SAP
  • Monitor daytoday tasks and ensure timely followup and completion
  • Maintain registers for schedules, billing, and job tracking
  • Produce monthly and quarterly reports including financial, WIP, LCR, and KPI reporting
  • Process timesheets weekly and raise purchasing orders
  • Register and send out service bulletins to customers monthly
  • Provide support to fellow administration officers
  • Complete all required job opening processes across the contract
  • Close jobs after finalizing billing
  • Process all consumable order requests from the site team

Qualifications:


  • Experience in a similar contract administration position
  • Have a proactive approach to working
  • Positive mindset
  • Self starter
  • Ability to set own deadlines and work unsupervised to ensure weekly and monthly administration is completed accurately
  • Prioritise and Organise workloads.
  • Perform well under pressure whilst meeting specific deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • The ability to work Independently and in a team environment
