Technology company that delivers exceptional digital signage solutions for our clients and partners.

We are looking for a meticulous, detail-oriented administrator to join our growing team.

The administrator's responsibilities include but not limited to coordinating
service jobs between the service technicians and customers, managing the logistics of required
materials/equipment for each service job, invoicing, and data housekeeping.

To be successful the following is required:

• Highly developed administrative skills previous experience within a similar role
• Excellent communication skills written, verbal and interpersonal.
• Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to plan and manage fluctuating workloads and multiple priorities
• Ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously

Responsibilities

• Daily coordination of service contractors and technicians for support break/fix jobs
• Following up with our technicians & contractors throughout the day
• Ensuring service reports are completed by technicians
• Processing work orders, service jobs and service invoices in a timely manner
• Processing warranty claims
• Provide standin support for Sales Administration positions during annual leave and extended absences
• Data entry and general housekeeping of Simpro & Dynamics365 software
• Schedule:
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Morningside, QLD 4170: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Supplemental pay types:
