About the Role
We are currently seeking a Customer Service and Administration Officer to join our team in Redbank. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to our customer network.

You will enjoy developing and maintaining strong relationships with our internal and external customers, by providing advice and information on bookings, connote creations, freight tracking and freight management systems.

You will also work with our operational team and assist with administrative duties such as invoicing, scanning documents, reporting and assisting with staff timesheets.

You will have the opportunity to work within a high performing and collaborative team.


Duties

  • Perform data entry
  • Scanning and filing as required
  • Con note Tracking
  • Pricing consignments
  • Booking pick up and collections as required
