About the role - Service Administrator
We seek a Service & Repair Administrator to support the Machinery & Attachment Service & Repairs Department. Working alongside the Service Coordinator you will provide quality administrative support to existing accounts.
Duties
- Build effective client and vendors relations
- Review Timesheets & rectify any errors
- Complete all associated documentation to each service & repair
- Manage inventory and stock levels
- Process quotes, orders, and invoices
- Assist with incoming calls and direct to correct dept.
- Ensure parts not used are returned correctly
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience with a mechanical or technical industry
HIGHLY REGARDED: - Previous experience in similar role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- A good team player
