About the role - Service Administrator
We seek a Service & Repair Administrator to support the Machinery & Attachment Service & Repairs Department. Working alongside the Service Coordinator you will provide quality administrative support to existing accounts.


Duties

  • Build effective client and vendors relations
  • Review Timesheets & rectify any errors
  • Complete all associated documentation to each service & repair
  • Manage inventory and stock levels
  • Process quotes, orders, and invoices
  • Assist with incoming calls and direct to correct dept.
  • Ensure parts not used are returned correctly

Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous experience with a mechanical or technical industry
    HIGHLY REGARDED:
  • Previous experience in similar role
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • A good team player

Salary - $65k - $70k Plus Super
