Your Key Accountabilities will include:

Supervise, train, mentor and develop staff members, including participation in the recruitment and selection of staff members.

Provide supervisory administrative support to the Group whilst maintaining high standards of discretion and integrity at all times whilst working in a highly dynamic and sensitive operational environment.

Manage activities within allocated team including tasking, quality assurance, individual and team performance and client liaison.
Maintain accurate information retrieval systems including department correspondence tracking systems in accordance with corporate record keeping policies and procedures.

Provide senior management with high level professional administrative support including preparation of correspondence, word processing, electronic diary and appointment management, call screening and redirection where appropriate.

Provide an executive support service to manage the functions and protocols for meetings of Group staff, including the coordination and organisation of the meetings, preparation of minutes, briefing papers, follow up reports and related correspondence.

Maintain leave management systems, identify absenteeism trends, audit QPS personnel leave and staff members rosters, prepare human resource management correspondence and maintain systems.

Coordinate financial reporting systems and budgetary returns and monitor expenditure.
The successful applicant/s will be required to undergo a vetting process psychometric assessment prior to appointment.

Applicants are advised that whilst performing the duties of the position they may be exposed to material (written, visual and audio) of a graphic and sensitive nature.

The successful applicant/s will be required to perform duty within any Group/Unit and location within the Brisbane Metropolitan area where CIC conducts business.
