- Identify and evaluate uncovered business areas by collecting the right data needed to establish the ANZ network development plan
- Analyze, select, and optimize data in collaboration with the regional Dealer Development, and global Network Development team
- Propose ongoing development plans based on APAC guidelines & recommendations, keeping key internal stakeholders in the loop (commercial, aftersales and other verticals)
- Identify, visit, and evaluate new business partners able to fulfill BRP requirements, ranging from commercial, financial, human and facility standpoints
- Support new dealer partners all along the set-up and onboarding process (from the prospecting to the opening)
- Ensure strong follow-up on the network development plan in collaboration with the APAC Network Development Team
- Ensure a proactive monitoring & reporting on the ANZ network situation and evolution through the established monthly NCO Governance
- Update and communicate on network prospecting and evaluation efforts (Network Open points, Network Improvement Plans, New dealer onboarding, new dealer applications)
- Develop dealer performance reports and analyzing results against established KPI's. Work with the local BI resource to leverage business critical data in designing the dealer performance reports
- Conduct regular dealer assessments working with internal stakeholders and reporting the results to BRP Management team
- Manage the review and escalation process of poor performing dealers by analyzing performance gaps, create "monthly tracking" to monitor the dealer's progress
- Create & manage Dealer of the Year (DOTY) process
- Support and manage the Dealer Financial Reporting program
- Support the broader Network Development team in a number of other Dealer Value Added schemes (performance programs, dealer council meetings and others)
- Demonstrated experience as a network development specials
- Previous experience in the Powersports, Automotive, Motorcycle or Marine industry preferred. (Powersports industry is highly regarded)
- Relevant tertiary qualifications & certifications
- High-level experience in managing multiple internal and external stakeholders

Business Development Manager - Network Development
We are looking for a Business Development Manager who will report to the Network Development Manager, and who'll be tasked with the implementation of the "Network Transformation" and the "Dealer Value Proposition" enhancement initiatives, the Business Development Manager will focus on identifying and appointing dealers to achieve an optimal network coverage to drive future retail growth across Australia & New Zealand.
Simultaneously, they will be responsible for the efficient and constructive monitoring of the regional network evolution. The scope includes dealerships covering the brands Can-Am Off-road and On-road Spyder and Ryker vehicles, Sea-Doo watercraft as well as Ski-Doo snowmobiles.
YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
BUILD THE APAC NETWORK COVERAGE PLAN FOR ALL PRODUCT LINES - Predominantly Australia & New Zealand but support extended to other key APAC countries (50%)
DRIVE OVERALL PERFORMANCE OF DEALER NETWORK - predominantly Australia and New Zealand using key performance indicators aligned with the business (50%)
