    Description

    We are seeking a dynamic, collaborative, and customer-focused Sales Development Manager in Sydney who will report to the APAC Sales Development Director.

    The Sales Development Manager plays a crucial role in our regional GTM team. He/She will lead and grow the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team in charge of generating revenue by creating target account opportunities and pipeline for Dynatrace in Australia and New Zealand to support our growth path. This includes ensuring that the marketing efforts to drive demand are effectively translated into sales opportunities.

    • Recruit, onboard, coach, and optimize a team of SDRs responsible for inbound and outbound sales engagements
    • Build a top-notch SDR team equipped with region-specific tools, tactics, and processes to drive success for the regional teams
    • Enhance our customer value messaging and engagement strategy for your region to exceed Qualified Sales Opportunity (QSO) targets & conversion
    • Manage relationships with stakeholders: align GTM strategy and processes with VP ANZ and Sales leaders
    • Collaborate with Sales Managers, AEs, Marketing & Partner Managers on a unified Account Prospecting Strategy
    • Partner with Marketing leadership to ensure the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns and inbound lead conversion
    • Work closely with SDR Management and global teams to enhance opportunity management and qualification processes
    • Oversee data-driven reporting and performance optimization for the team
    • Handle inbound lead flow and monitor the efficiency of sales and marketing programs
    • Lead a high-energy team & create an environment where employees enjoy working, collaborating & having fun!
    • Support the utilization, training, and processes for SDR enabling technologies and resources such as Salesforce, Call tracker, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, etc
    • Regularly communicate and report on regional performance towards set goals
