With offices across Australia our client is expanding their sales team. This position will be Sydney based.

    About the Role
    You will manage, create and build on opportunities for growth. As a BDM you will be pivotal for driving growth and expanding market presence. You will be collaborating closely with architect, designers and builders to promote new products and services. Creating strong relationships and identifying new opportunities for partnership

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials, presentations, and proposals tailored to the needs of architects, designers, and builders.
    • Lead product training and support to architects, designers, and builders to enhance their understanding and promote the benefits of our offerings.
    • Manage sales performance, analyse data and generate reports to track progress against targets and identify areas for growth.

    Skills & Experience
    • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the interior fitout industry.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
    • Strategic thinker with a proactive mindset and the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to deliver engaging presentations and proposals.
    Benefits
    • Competitive salary $100k - $120k (DOE) + Car/Car Allowance + uncapped commission + Super (OTE $180k)
