    Description

    Join us in partnering with a highly regarded financial institution as a Customer Service Representative. Based in the CBD of Adelaide you will be providing customers with a seamless experience from beginning to end, tailoring financial solutions to their specific needs. Customer service is paramount with this company, with a focus on delivering an amazing experience to all customers.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Managing and actioning inbound phone calls
    • Working towards agreed personal and team KPIs
    • Aiming to resolve enquiries with first call resolution mindset
    • Matching banking services to suit customer needs
    • Managing a variety of customer enquiries from start to finish
    • Explaining complex information in a simple way to customers
    • Keeping up to date with company policies and how they affect your customers

    About the role:

    • Initial 3 month contract with view of extension
    • Full time working hours (38 per week)
