    What we're looking for
    Due to ongoing business growth and significant market opportunities, MM Plastics is seeking the expertise of a talented Business Development Manager to enhance its strategic position in the Plastics Manufacturing industry. Working with some of the best in the business, this is an exciting opportunity to secure a long-term career and play a pivotal role in the next chapter of company growth.

    Your new role
    Based in either Melbourne or Sydney, you will be responsible for managing existing client accounts and driving sales growth, ensuring all financial and non-financial objectives are met. Within this newly created role, you will:

    • Establish strategic relationships and develop new business opportunities to provide plastics product and engineering solutions across a broad range of industrial applications.
    • Lead partnerships with clients and prospects, driving sales pipeline growth and securing new business.
    • Work with key personnel and technical team to develop innovative and tailored engineering and product solutions.
    • Proactively analyse current market intelligence to identify new industry, product, and service opportunities.

    A bit about you

    • You have demonstrated experience and success working in sales and new business development, generating, and securing strategic opportunities.
    • You have a robust background in injection moulding or allied industries (Chemical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering).
    • You are a result driven, collaborative professional with a passion for problem solving and collaborating with your team to design and deliver technical engineering solutions.
    • With excellent communication and negotiation skills, you are naturally motivated by building strong relationships and creating partnership opportunities.
    • You have a solid network of industry contacts across one or more of the three states (NSW, QLD and VIC) and a strong track record of solution selling in a B2B environment.
