    Hooker & Heijden are specialists in the recruitment of Insurance Professionals. Our consultants offer specialist career advice and advancement for your career within workers Compensation. Our clients include Australian Insurers, Brokerages and consultancies.


    We are working with a national Workcover and risk consulting firm looking to build upon their success to date with an additional member to the team.

    This position is best suited workcover premium case managers who are looking to further their experience and exposure to the wider workcover programme.

    You will be supported by the senior account managers to gain further understanding as you build your repertoire of skills in this space.

    You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a positive and engaged client relationship built on providing expert advice for any claim-impacting and related questions or concerns.

    The position will develop your sound understanding of claims from a Victorian perspective. However, you will also gain experience across additional jurisdictions which will give your career a distinct advantage.

    The role will be working across clients on a national level, so you must be open to learning other state's processes as well.
