    Property Network of Australia is currently seeking a Retail Property Manager to take on a part-time role overseeing the daily operations of a busy neighbourhood centre in West Brisbane, working directly for our landlord client.
    The ideal candidate will have retail property experience and a good understanding of facilities-related contractor management as this role is the stand alone managment role for this particular asset.

    Supported by a wider peer group of other centre management staff based at other centres, the successful candidate will be responsible for day to day management, tenant liaision, arrears management and reporting, to the owner.

    Key Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Liaise with retailers day to day on all centre related issues
    • Oversee all facilities management and contractor management for the asset
    • Management of arrears for the centre
    • Internal stakeholder engagement with other centre management staff as well as owners.
    • Ensure the centre is running to high standards in relation to overall presentation and safety standards

    The ideal candidate will have previous centre management or retail property management experience and be seeking a part time role to suit school hours. Expousre to the MRI platform would also be an advantage.
