REAL ESTATE & PROPERTY COMMERCIAL BRISBANE PERMANENT / FULL TIME

Our client, a boutique Real Estate firm located in Brisbane's inner west, is currently looking for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to take on a tidy portfolio of mostly Industrial and Commercial assets with some Retail in the mix.

This portfolio is all local to the office.

You will be joining a tight knit team who are passionate about Real Estate, pride themselves on exceptional customer service and being a part of the community.

This role will be supported by the Managing Director, Leasing, Accounts and Office Administration.

The position involves all facets of PM duties including but not limited to the following:

Uptake and onboarding of new clients
Preparation and reconciliation of budgeted outgoing schedules
Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords & tenants
Completing routine property inspections
Negotiation and preparation of relevant leasing documentation
Completing rent/market reviews & lease renewals
Organising maintenance as required

To be successful in securing this role you will ideally require:

Demonstrated experience with a minimum 2 years within the Industrial Commercial or Retail, property sectors
Excellent understanding of retail/commercial leases
A current real estate salespersons certificate is essential
Excellent customer service delivery
Highly organised with a methodical approach to your work
Knowledge of Re-Leased preferable but not essential
Professional presentation and well spoken
Current drivers' licence and reliable vehicle
