This diverse, commercial property manager role will give you exposure to the full cycle of asset management.

Your role will see you manage between 50 and 90 tenancies, predominantly within the industrial sector but including retail and commercial.

A current Real Estate Certificate Some experience within commercial, industrial, retail or residential property management A basic understanding of lease interpretation An understanding of relevant Acts and Statutory requirements Strong communication skills Professional presentation Ability to build and maintain long term relationships with tenants, contractors and clientele Excellent attention to detail Highly organised and excellent time management skills Strong people skills and a desire to help build team culture
