The Client
Our client is a high-performing Commercial Property Agency with a growing portfolio of Commercial and Retail Assets under management.

In place is a highly regarded management team that has a commitment to providing a positive and professional working environment for their employees.

An opening has become available for a Commercial & Retail Property Manager to join the team, you will be encouraged to not only take ownership of a manageable portfolio but also get involved in some broader organisational functions within the asset management division.

The Role

Developing sustainable relationships with both tenants and owners
Lease management including negotiation and renewals
Conduct rent reviews
Financial management and reporting
Attend to maintenance issues and liaise with tenants and landlords whilst working closely with the property management team
Interfacing with new and existing clients.
3+ years of previous experience in commercial property management
Exceptional communication skills across written and verbal
Be procedure and processdriven
Strong financial capabilities and an eye for detail
Ability to prioritise and organise your day accordingly
