    Status: Part-time (20 hrs./week)
    Schedule: 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM Philippine Standard Time (Mon-Fri)

    Responsibilities
    • Establishment/execution of clerical support including administrative tasks
    • Re-input various data including customer information or other information
    • Check various old data and make necessary changes in the records
    • Resampling input data by comparing it with source documents
    • Respond to information requests from authorized members
    • Organize meetings about managing data as needed
    Qualifications
    • Proven experience in Data Entry and/or administrative
    • Experience in Hubspot is preferred but not required
    • High attention to detail and excellent keyboard and data entry skills
    • Punctual and take pride in your work.
    • Be able to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
    • High level of computer literacy
    Note: Please prepare your Government IDs (TIN, SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig) as part of the application and placement process. In the event of placement to a contract with a client, you will be required to submit a copy of your BIR 2303 (Certificate of Registration) as part of compliance with government regulations.
