Join this globally recognised FMCG company as a Customer Service Representative in North Sydney

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Use the system to work through cases lodged by customers via the website
  • Troubleshoot issues the customer has with processing orders
  • Data entry into the system for orders and customer details
Skill and Experience

  • Previous experience within a customer service position and with data entry
  • Commitment and passion for customer service
  • High levels of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly

More about the role:

  • This position is a 612 month Temporary to Permenant role.
  • You will be require to work Monday to Friday, 8:45am 5:15pm.
  • Paying $29.28 ph + super
