- Troubleshoot issues the customer has with processing orders
- Data entry into the system for orders and customer details
- Previous experience within a customer service position and with data entry
- Commitment and passion for customer service
- High levels of attention to detail and accuracy
- Prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
More about the role:
- This position is a 612 month Temporary to Permenant role.
- You will be require to work Monday to Friday, 8:45am 5:15pm.
- Paying $29.28 ph + super
