Join this globally recognised FMCG company as a Customer Service Representative in North Sydney


The Role

  • Use the system to work through cases lodged by customers via the website
  • Troubleshoot issues the customer has with processing orders
  • Data entry into the system for orders and customer details

Skill and Experience

  • Previous experience within a customer service position and with data entry
  • Commitment and passion for customer service
  • High levels of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly

More about the role?

  • This position is an initial 3 to 6 month Temporary assignment with the view to extend OR go permanent (based on performance and business needs).
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am 5pm.
  • Paying
    _$29.28ph + super_ (with additional overtime and penalty rates applicable).
