- Use the system to work through cases lodged by customers via the website
- Troubleshoot issues the customer has with processing orders
- Data entry into the system for orders and customer details

- Previous experience within a customer service position and with data entry
- Commitment and passion for customer service
- High levels of attention to detail and accuracy
- Prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
More about the role?
- This position is an initial 3 to 6 month Temporary assignment with the view to extend OR go permanent (based on performance and business needs).
- Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am 5pm.
- Paying
_$29.28ph + super_ (with additional overtime and penalty rates applicable).
