The Role
Our client is major player in industrial gas and specialises in the manufacturing and distribution of gases throughout Australia. They are looking for several experienced customer service and accounts administrators to join their growing team located in Yennora.
We have 2 permanent roles available, with working being Monday - Friday.
Customer Service Officer
- _Day Shift _- 8:30am - 4:30pm
Accounts Administrator - Day Shift - 8:30am - 4:30pm or 9am - 5pm with flexibility of working from home
Duties include:
- Data entry, scanning, filing & uploading
- Raising and closing jobs
- Using Microsoft Excel extensively
- Troubleshooting & general administration
- Adherence to all OH&S policies and guidelines
- Making inbound and outbound calls
- Assisting with Accounts Payable
- Adhoc PA support and Administration to the Finance Manager
- Assisting with front desk and cashiering at times
What you will need to be successful:
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent computer skills including advanced Excel and data entry
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Excellent attention to detail
- Can do attitude / Dedicated to get the job done
- Excellent time management skills
- Team player
