This newly created role to join an evolving team within the Logistics Industry. Our client prides themselves on delivering a high-end service, specialising in courier services and international shipping. About the role

  • Consigning and booking pick up and deliveries using an inhouse transport tool.
  • Willing to meet targets and set goals to achieve within the customer service space.

About you

Requirements:


  • Previous work experience in a call centre, customer service or administration role.
  • Experience using LiveOps, CX Engage or similar call centre systems
  • Team player with exposure to working with large operational teams.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to go the extra mile and willingness to commit to your assignment.
  • Shifts between 8am 6pm | You will need to be flexible to the client's requirements.
  • Reliable car and driver's licence
  • You will be required to pass a Police Check and are vaccinated against Covid19.
