About the role

Consigning and booking pick up and deliveries using an inhouse transport tool.
Willing to meet targets and set goals to achieve within the customer service space.

About you

Requirements:

Previous work experience in a call centre, customer service or administration role.
Experience using LiveOps, CX Engage or similar call centre systems
Team player with exposure to working with large operational teams.
Excellent communication skills
Ability to go the extra mile and willingness to commit to your assignment.
Shifts between 8am 6pm | You will need to be flexible to the client's requirements.
Reliable car and driver's licence
You will be required to pass a Police Check and are vaccinated against Covid19.
