What is the role?


You will work as a Trade Solutions Associate, where you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end trade solutions process.

You will perform investigations and undertake KYC checks to effectively adhere to standard operating procedures to enhance compliance and reduce risk, whilst producing high quality work.


What will my day to day look like?

Responsibilities in the role:

  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning and data entry.
  • Actively assist with client account management which involves ensuring client data is accurate and valid across internal systems.
  • Provide high quality customer services to clients by assisting them with their financial needs
- including exports, imports, and trade advances.

  • Identify, investigate, and escalate any problems or issues to management.
  • Actively liaise with internal departments, clients, support staff and regulatory bodies.
  • Effectively process transactions of traditional and structures trade finance products.

What skills do I need?
You have experience working within a processing/clerical based and are passionate about learning. You have data entry and operations skills with excellent communication skills, problem-solving skills, and a great eye for detail.

  • An interest in Financial Services
  • Finance or Commerce related degree
  • Strong understanding of AML & KYC regulations
  • Understanding of OTC regulations
  • At least 2 years' experience working within the Banking sector (preferable)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong processing skills and high attention to detail
  • Strong Excel skills
