Wood is currently recruiting for a Senior Maintenance & Reliability Consultant to join our Operation and Maintenance team. We require different disciplines to compliment the team including Mechanical, Instrument or Electrical Engineering or Maintenance Trades. Ideally you would be based in our modern Brisbane Wood offices.

In this role you will report to the Team Lead, working primarily on project work packages and campaigns that will draw on your interpersonal and collaboration skills to deliver the described scope.

Wood is currently recruiting for a Senior Maintenance & Reliability Consultant to join our Operation and Maintenance team. We require different disciplines to compliment the team including Mechanical, Instrument or Electrical Engineering or Maintenance Trades. Ideally you would be based in our modern Brisbane Wood offices.

It takes a diverse range of people to achieve the level of impact Wood has on the global energy sector. As a member of the team, you will need to have and demonstrate:

Strong background and experience in maintenance and reliability, either Degree in Mechanical, Electrical / Instrumentation / similar engineering or technical trades qualifications
7+ years' experience in maintenance and/or reliability engineering
Understand and articulate asset management and strategic asset management plans
Understand and articulate relationships to Safety Cases and Performance Standards
Recent relevant experience in techniques utilising FMEA, RCM, ECA, PMO, Spares and Inventory optimisation
Diligent and dependable with a professional demeanour
Effective interpersonal and communication skills and prior experience in working collaboratively with client organisations on secondment
Operational maintenance experience working in either Oil & Gas, Mining, Manufacturing, Infrastructure sectors is highly desired
Demonstrated safety focus, appreciation for Control of Work protocols, understanding of isolation requirements and field execution of maintenance
Strong written communication skills for technical presenting and report writing
Asset Management qualifications would be looked on favourably
