As a SAP Administrator/Maintenance Officer, you'll help create clever solutions to interesting problems as you grow your skills every day.

Here's how:


You will support the Senior Maintenance Specialists and Maintenance Facilitators with non-technical tasks supporting state-wide maintenance services, enabling proactive, routine maintenance to be completed.


  • Collaborate with Senior Maintenance Specialists and Maintenance Facilitators, ensuring that all maintenance plans for asset types are entered into SAP in accordance with requests received from Asset Performance Team members.
  • Ensure that Maintenance Plans are staged logically, enabling the required maintenance tasks to be completed safely and efficiently
  • Provide reports to enable work orders and maintenance plans to audit to ensure they are correctly applied and work units are correctly assigned
  • Provide reports to ensure timely completion of critical maintenance by monitoring and reporting on tasks to confirm that works are completed within the acceptable critical maintenance window
  • Create, maintain and report on work orders and measurement result data in the SAP Plant Maintenance Module to achieve desired technical outcomes.
  • Support the accurate and efficient use of the SAP Plant Maintenance Module and associated tools and systems including master data, mobile solutions, measuring points, notifications, reporting, etc.
  • Support team members with the creation and maintenance of documents, organisation of meetings, forums, audits and other administrative tasks as requested.

What you'll bring:


  • Grade 12 qualification with significant experience in Information Management, Asset Management, Database management or equivalent discipline
  • Knowledge of maintenance management and scheduling activities
  • Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Excel, including the ability to manipulate and manage the integrity of large volumes of electronic data
  • Demonstrated ability to interpreting technical requests and extracting reports
  • High level of verbal and written communication skills
