Pivot currently have a business critical role for an experienced and proven
Mobile
Maintenance Manager with a demonstrated background in surface mobile mining equipment.
Play a crucial part in the maintenance department to manage safety and fleet performance through established performance metrics and ensure day to day activities are optimised and executed in line with the maintenance strategy.


About the role:


You will work with a diverse team across a large fleet of mobile mining equipment and be responsible for the management and coordination of company assets, including establishing supplier agreements and cost-saving initiatives.

You will also create, manage and forecast budgets, promote and strive for continuous improvement across fleet performance and
drive a positive culture and a dedicated and focused team.

Bring your equipment knowledge, leadership ability and positive attitude and play a part in the next phase of business success.


About you:


You will possess a dedicated maintenance background with strong experience safely managing work groups in all aspects of maintenance activities across mobile mining equipment including large shovels, excavators, ultra-class haul trucks and associated ancillary equipment.

Understanding of maintenance strategies, breakdown and preventative maintenance is critically important.

You will have developed your leadership skills through delivering in similar roles and have the drive and career aspirations to step up into more senior positions.
