    The role
    Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for driving sales excellence in the transport, logistics and shipping industry? We're seeking a talented Sales Director to join our senior leadership team and lead our commercial function.

    Responsibilities
    - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
    - Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, training, and motivation to drive results.
    - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
    - Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand our customer base and revenue streams.
    - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, marketing, and finance to ensure alignment and success.

    Background
    - Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the shipping or logistics industry.
    - Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
    - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    - Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve targets.
    - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
