    Your part to play; Ensure ongoing performance, engagement and development of the market team Provide coaching and mentorship around Challenger Sales and other core coaching and development frameworks Advocate for your market, work in partnership with the wider Figured teams to solve market challenges, drive product improvement and go-to-market strategies Collaborate closely with the Chief Revenue Officer on key deals and execution of market strategy Maintain a proactive hands-on approach to generating sales leads and developing a sales pipeline Develop close working relationships with key partnerships such as Xero and MYOB What are we looking for; Demonstrated experience in B2 B tech sales within enterprise and mid-market sectors.

    Proficiency in qualifying sales opportunities and cultivating a robust pipeline.
    Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, demonstrating top performance.
    Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to present effectively to senior stakeholders.
    Success in driving customers' business growth beyond the initial sale.
    Resilience and patience in nurturing relationships and assisting customers throughout their buying journey.
