    Job Description:

    As the Sales Director for our Melbourne market expansion, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and establishing our presence in this dynamic region.

    You will lead our sales efforts, leveraging your expertise in digital media and your deep understanding of the Melbourne market to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue and market share.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
    Conduct thorough market research to identify key opportunities and challenges in the Melbourne market.
    Develop strategic sales plans and go-to-market strategies tailored to the unique characteristics of the Melbourne market.
    Analyze competitor activity and market trends to inform decision-making and stay ahead of the competition.

    Business Development and Client Acquisition:
    Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through proactive prospecting and networking.

    Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to align sales efforts with company objectives and ensure a seamless customer experience.


    Performance Monitoring and Reporting:


    Establish KPIs and sales targets for the Melbourne market expansion, tracking progress against goals and adjusting strategies as needed to optimize performance.
