    THE OPPORTUNITY

    As the Team Coordinator to our Recovering Independence team, you will be responsible for providing a high level of administration support to assist with a variety of tasks to ensure our team keep on track.

    This will be a Full Time Permanent position based in the George Street office, with flexibility to work from home.

    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for facilitating the daily functions and operations of the Recovering Independence team and Sydney site.
  • Assist with the administrative requirements of Senior Management Team including effective diary management to ensure optimal time management, email management, meeting management and documentation management.
  • Management, coordination and completion of correspondence, communications, presentations, projects, annual business activities and monthly business reporting.
  • Management of Internal Communication Framework, SharePoint administration and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Scheduling team travel and coordination of itineraries while handling expense management.
  • Event co-ordination
  • ABOUT YOU

  • Superior time management, organisational skills and a high attention to detail to direct and prioritise own responsibilities and workflow.
  • Experience in providing high quality administrative support in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Experience in building strong working relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Advanced competency in the use of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and SharePoint
