- Responsible for facilitating the daily functions and operations of the Recovering Independence team and Sydney site.
- Assist with the administrative requirements of Senior Management Team including effective diary management to ensure optimal time management, email management, meeting management and documentation management.
- Management, coordination and completion of correspondence, communications, presentations, projects, annual business activities and monthly business reporting.
- Management of Internal Communication Framework, SharePoint administration and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
- Scheduling team travel and coordination of itineraries while handling expense management.
- Event co-ordination
- Superior time management, organisational skills and a high attention to detail to direct and prioritise own responsibilities and workflow.
- Experience in providing high quality administrative support in a fast-paced team environment.
- Experience in building strong working relationships with all stakeholders.
- Advanced competency in the use of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and SharePoint

THE OPPORTUNITY
As the Team Coordinator to our Recovering Independence team, you will be responsible for providing a high level of administration support to assist with a variety of tasks to ensure our team keep on track.
This will be a Full Time Permanent position based in the George Street office, with flexibility to work from home.
