How will I help?


You will join the Financial Markets team as a team coordinator based in Sydney and will be in the office for a minimum of 3 days per week.

You will be a self-motivated person who needs little supervision, you will be pro-active, flexible, and adaptable. Your experience and organisational skills will help support the business by providing professional administrative support.

You will take ownership of tasks and will be responsible for completing general administration activities including but not limited to:

  • Expense management
  • processing staff PCards, reimbursements, invoices (both domestic and foreign payments) via WEAPS and Promaster
  • Booking domestic and international travel
  • Onboarding/Offboarding and transferring of staff
  • Monitor and ensure teams are compliant throughout the year for mandatory training, AFMA Continuing Education hours, compliance leave
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks

What do I need?


You will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to be adaptable and work with a sense of ambiguity.

You will be able to work independently as well as be a team player and be a problem solver for the team.


Ideally you will also need:

  • Capability to interact with and manage colleagues and stakeholders of all levels.
  • Demonstratable Team Assistant experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Intermediate to Advance MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Ability to be proactive and manage issues and their outcomes
  • Maintain the strictest confidentiality on all issues relating to Financial Markets and your teams
