We are on the lookout for a dynamic and driven Coordinator to join our Buying team Reporting directly to the Director, you will be responsible for providing a high level of administrative support to ensure that the day to day operations of the team runs smoothly

Responsibilities:

Manage and streamline calendars and shared inboxes for the team
Conduct thorough presale checks

- full training on this will be provided

Manage safe storage of keys, logbooks, and accessories for easy access
Serve as a central point of contact, making sure that there's seamless communication within the wider team
Accurately input vehicle data & maintain our systems (Redbook & Glasses)
Jump in and support where needed we're a fastpaced team and sometimes you'll need to be adaptable and lend a hand in other areas

About You:

Previous experience in an administration or coordination role in a fast paced environment (automotive experience NOT required)
Tech savvy and comfortable picking up new systems
Adaptable and confident in multitasking and prioritising based on the team's needs
High level of attention to detail
