Client:

Role:
The Team Co-Ordinator is responsible for supporting two head and their respective teams


Responsibilities:


  • Diary management ensuring sufficient focus blocks in a day
  • Booking and managing travel and associated activities
  • Coordinating and preparing relevant information for team forums and events including arranging guest speakers
  • Identifying issues/problems within the team and recommending solutions
  • Ensuring teams are completing mandatory training, performance reviews and other tasks on time
  • Coordination and support for quarterly planning sessions for the team
  • Collation of preread papers for committees and boards
  • Supporting with the execution of monthly CFO Town Hall
  • Updating the organisational chart as required
  • Driving excelled in the onboarding and offboarding process
  • Building strong relationships with the staff based in location to drive culture across our teams
  • Providing support to the CFO's Executive Assistant when CFO is in your location

You:


  • Ideally you will have a strong administrative or coordinator background (2 or 4 solid years), Legal Sec looking to take there next step are also encouraged to apply
  • Highly developed written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Displays a friendly and confident approach with people
  • Calm and flexible approach for working in a busy environment, ability to maintain composure under pressure
  • Demonstrate initiative and have a proactive approach
  • Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
  • Highly developed time management skills, constant attention to detail, including ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines and multitask
  • Works well in a team environment, displays a positive team attitude and willingness to help whenever possible
