THE OPPORTUNITY


As the Team Coordinator to the NI SME & Specialty, RI team, you will be responsible for providing a high level of administration support to assist with a variety of tasks.

This will be a permanent position commencing immediately based in the
Sydney office, with flexibility to work from home.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for facilitating the daily functions and operations of the
    RI team and
    Sydney site.
  • Management, coordination and completion of correspondence, communications, presentations, projects, annual business activities and monthly business reporting.
  • Management of Internal Communication Framework, SharePoint administration and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Scheduling team travel and coordination of itineraries while handling expense management.
