THE OPPORTUNITY
As the Team Coordinator to the NI SME & Specialty, RI team, you will be responsible for providing a high level of administration support to assist with a variety of tasks.
Sydney office, with flexibility to work from home.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for facilitating the daily functions and operations of the
RI team and
Sydney site. - Management, coordination and completion of correspondence, communications, presentations, projects, annual business activities and monthly business reporting.
- Management of Internal Communication Framework, SharePoint administration and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
- Scheduling team travel and coordination of itineraries while handling expense management.
