Team Coordinator to join its growing team in
Sydney .

About the role

Utilise your exceptional
administration skills to support the Research and Business Development teams achieve their short-term goals for a
3 month period .

Manage the teams' travel schedules and prioritise the co-ordination of multiple administrate tasks across the team. Your digital marketing skills will come to life when
formatting cohesive presentations, graphs and charts for the team.

This is an exciting opportunity to experience a dynamic Team Coordinator role with the scope to turn this into a
permanent position

A day in the life of a Team Coordinator:

  • Coordinate onsite and offsite meetings and provide administrative support
  • Assist with travel requirements for team research trips
  • Manage task coordination of internal documentation
  • Format slide packs and presentations
  • Build graphs, charts and tables for external stakeholders
  • Assist with expense processing

To be successful for the role you will have the following attributes:

  • 1+ Year experience in an administration or team assistant role
  • Demonstrated experience with digital marketing or presentation formatting in a previous role
  • Degree or Diploma in Business Management is desirable
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
