Team Coordinator to join its growing team in
Sydney .
About the role
Utilise your exceptional
administration skills to support the Research and Business Development teams achieve their short-term goals for a
3 month period .
formatting cohesive presentations, graphs and charts for the team.
This is an exciting opportunity to experience a dynamic Team Coordinator role with the scope to turn this into a
permanent position
A day in the life of a Team Coordinator:
- Coordinate onsite and offsite meetings and provide administrative support
- Assist with travel requirements for team research trips
- Manage task coordination of internal documentation
- Format slide packs and presentations
- Build graphs, charts and tables for external stakeholders
- Assist with expense processing
To be successful for the role you will have the following attributes:
- 1+ Year experience in an administration or team assistant role
- Demonstrated experience with digital marketing or presentation formatting in a previous role
- Degree or Diploma in Business Management is desirable
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
- High attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
