- Manage the secretariat function for the Board, Board Sub-Committees and Faculties as required
- Co-ordinate/attend meetings and taking minute notes
- Write, draft, and prepare documents for the CEO
- Draft correspondence to partner organisations, other medical groups and both federal and state government.
- Manage CEO's, President's and Board's diary, travel, logistics and accommodation as required
- Significant demonstrated experience (5+ years) in a similar role or in a senior Governance, Board Secretary or EA role providing Board and Committee support
- Proven ability to provide high-level organisational skills and proficiency in a wide range of secretariat and administrative skills
- Computer literate – MS Suite, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat Pro, CRM's
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and problem solving
- Flexibility to WFH 1 day

The Role
