An exceptional opportunity has become available for an Executive Assistant to join a well-known global brand at their corporate head office located in the South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
This is a 12-month fixed term contract, and you will be required to work Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week.
Key responsibilities:
- Scheduling meetings, taking minutes, generating, and presenting analytical reports.
- Be the first point of contact screening calls and represent the departments with a high level of professionalism.
- Developing, coordinating, and planning major activities and events.
- Diary management, travel, and accommodation coordination.
- Assisting with financial aspects of the business and developing strategies.
- Negotiate with suppliers in relation to services, materials, and products.
- Raising purchase orders and ensuring stationery stock is maintained.
- General administrative tasks and duties as required.
You will be required to have proven effective communication skills amongst all levels of staff, with advanced skills using Microsoft Office and an ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
