ABOUT OUR CLIENT AND THE ROLE


Our client is an energetic and innovative management consultancy firm who require driven and highly motivated Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director.

The role does require some interstate travel from time to time.


KEYS RESPONSIBILTIES

  • Assist and support the Managing Director with a wide range of administrative and general support duties relating to their role in a highly responsible and confidential manner;
  • Oversee diary management, including scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings and logistics;
  • Arrange meetings, conferences, itineraries and travel;
  • Liaise with all internal and external stakeholders, building relationships and ensuring the broader team has the information required to complete tasks and meet deadlines;
  • Facilitate expense reconciliations, invoicing, budget and time recording for Group Executives;
  • Assist with formatting issues, meeting room issues and liaising with the technology help desk team.

SKILLS & EXPERTISE

  • Possess a tertiary education in Business or Administration would be beneficial but not essential;
  • Relevant experience in providing oneonone administrative support at a senior executive level;
  • Possess highlydeveloped communication (both verbal & written) and interpersonal skills;
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a the strictest of confidence and ability to handle confidential information within the Group Executive's department and across the organisation;
  • Be a selfstarter with very high levels of autonomy, the ability to make well considered administration decisions and to priorities work to meet deadlines;
  • Have strong information technology skills and experience with particular focus on Microsoft Office Suite, high attention to detail and accuracy, and an understanding of basic mathematical concepts;
  • A strong understanding of administrative functions and office practices including diary, travel and cost centre management;
  • Ability to liaise effectively with personnel and stakeholders at all levels;
  • Ability to manage varied and conflicting demands to agreed standards and timelines.
