    Description

    Our client is a mid-market Private Equity firm with a rich history in the domestic PE sector, with a reputation for providing strong returns for investors. Reporting into the COO, we are seeking an Operations Director to lead a multi-site portfolio of of practices, driving commercial, people and quality outcomes.

    Experience & Skills

    • Leadership - develop and maintain strong relationships while providing support & training while embedding a culture of continuous improvement
    • Commercial & Financial - demonstrated success at improving profitability, managing P&L and improving cost efficiency
    • Operations - track record in leading large scale services business
    • Compliance - experience in highly regulated environment highly advantageous
    • Stakeholder & Communication - proven ability in managing up, across and down to ensure collaboration and operational excellence
    • Growth minded - ability to work at pace with a high performing leadership team.
    This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on Operations Director or aspiring Manager on the cusp of their first significant regional role. Attractive base and incentive plan.
