    Operating a single shift, 5-day week jobbing facility, this successful business manufactures a range of standard and tailored products for an extensive
    network of customers in the region.

    The Operations Lead is responsible for planning schedules for an existing manufacturing team and ensuring the timely delivery of products to customers. Quality and on-time output along with safety are key features of the role along with ensuring DIFOT and adequate supply of raw materials are maintained.

    Experience in a process driven environment requiring mechanical aptitude is essential along with proven ability to lead an experienced team. You will enjoy a reasonable level of autonomy, possess excellent communication and administration skills along with proficient ERP systems knowledge. Engineering qualifications will be considered an advantage for this role. Western suburbs location.
