    Description

    TRS Resourcing is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for our automotive client based in Port Melbourne, VIC. This Permanent Full-Time role offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $120,000, including super, with an opportunity for career progression at a fast-growing company. The successful candidate will manage the Vehicle Processing Centre's day-to-day operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate and oversee all logistics, production, and yard operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
    • Conduct monthly profit and loss analysis, addressing and explaining any discrepancies.
    • Manage overall labour resources, excluding office staff, in collaboration with supervisors.
    • Ensure implementation and comprehension of Quality Systems and total quality management in all service aspects, adherence to procedures, and compliance with company standards.
    • Maintain effective communication with clients to ensure timely vehicle processing.
    • Uphold housekeeping standards and manage inventory assessments and stocktakes.
    • Ensure implementation of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies across all operational areas.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 5 years of management experience in a leadership role.
    • Strong multitasking skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
    • Proven track record in managing significant assets and maintaining high-quality standards.
    • A valid manual driver's license with at least 3 years of experience.
    • Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.
