    Description

    A national, multi services firm with unrivalled momentum in their space, seeking a well connected manager to continue their success in Melbourne.

    The Company
    • Leading projects and service contractor in the building services industry nationally (HVAC, FIRE, BMS etc)
    • Delivering on projects and service contracts in the tier 1 and 2 commercial and industrial markets
    • Massive plans and finances in place to push for growth in 2024, leveraging envied success in other areas of the business
    • Excellent working environment; culture, environment and new office space recently acquired in Vic
    Your new role
    • Reporting to the Director of the business, and with a doted line to your NSW counterpart you'll strategise and implement growth across VIC
    • Managing day to day operations of the HVAC business unit, including growth; finance, business development, process improvement etc
    • Liaising with clients, external stakeholders, project and site management, man management etc
    • A focus on both service and projects revenue streams and the freedom to appoint middle management of your choosing.
    • Leveraging your knowledge and connections to build the business, networking, and getting projects and contracts over the line.
    What you'll need to succeed
    • In-depth knowledge and working experience in the HVAC industry locally, this is a must, as them relationships will be brought in.
    • Ideally from the HVAC trade background with 15+ years in industry
    • Strong experience within operations management including; scheduling, procurement, labour, finance, growth etc
