    Description
    The role

    We are looking for a hybrid Onboarding Experience Specialist responsible for making outbound calls to new sign-ups, providing support, and promoting our payment processing solutions to solve their pain points.

    You will be responsible for contacting customers, understanding their needs and supporting them to onboard and start using Go Cardless.

    The ideal candidate should have either a customer onboarding or sales background and be able to confidently communicate the value of our services to potential clients.

    This is a 6-month contract role with a possibility of extension.


    Working hours:

    9:00 am - 6:00 pm, Monday to FridayLocation : 1-3 times per week in our office, "The Commons Cremorne" 10-20 Gwynne Street, Cremorne, VIC 3121, AustraliaWhat excites youContacting new sign-ups and existing leads to promote our payment processing solutionsBuilding rapport and relationships with potential clients by providing excellent customer service and supportIdentifying the needs of potential clients and communicating the value of our services to increase conversion ratesEffectively handle objections and provide solutions to client concernsCollaborating with other teams to understand the detailed workings of the product.
