What's the opportunity?
We are currently looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join the team in Bundoora.

This role provides an exceptopnal customer exeprience and services as one of our customers main contact points throughout their journey with bravoauto and also coordinates, executes and manages the sales process effectively providing a solution to meet our customer's needs by providing positive relationship building, listening to customer requirements and demonstrating available products while supporting a collaborative sales journey.

Don't have automotive experience? That's completely fine because here is what we are looking for:

Previous experience in a retail environment where you have engaged and provided an exceptional customer experience face to face and online
Ability to absorb information on our products and provide this product knowledge in service of our customers
Demonstrates the ability to build rapport and strong relationships with our customers by managing test drives, delivery and handover and check in's with the customer after purchase
