The role is for a Mid level Personalisation specialist to join one of the most popular clients in Melbourne.

The Experience Personalisation Specialist is responsible for personalised experiences for customers using Adobe Target on the website.

The role is responsible for driving improved performance and functionality within the customer facing channels including a high traffic website.

Best practice experience is required across; digital optimisation, experimentation, personalisation and measurement. Adobe Experience Platform expertise, and strong stakeholder relationship experience.

Key responsibilities include:

Build and Management of Automated Marketing Campaigns
Endtoend execution of personalisation campaigns
Development and implementation of webbased content in Adobe Target and Experience Manager
Testing, Optimisation and Support, including A/B testing
Build strong relationships and foster cross collaboration across other relevant business units
Act as internal SME and advocate for web personalisation and Adobe Target

Required experiences include:

AEM and Adobe Target experience
Familiar with Agile project methodology
Proficient in SEO best practice and in defining/delivering SEO programs
Personalisation, Customisation, Optimisation experience ideally in high traffic customer facing websites
Experience working on web projects including with HTML tasks
